Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Governor in Council may, by regulation, abolish a joint Aboriginal council and its area.
(2) A regulation may provide for--
(a) the apportionment of the joint Aboriginal council's assets and liabilities among its component councils; and
(b) any other matter for which it is necessary or convenient to make provision on the dissolution of the joint Aboriginal council.8
