Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A New South Wales reportable offender must continue to comply with the reporting obligations imposed by this part for the period that the person is required to report under the New South Wales Act.
(2) However, a New South Wales reportable offender who, on or after the date specified by a regulation for the purposes of section 8, is sentenced for a reportable offence or becomes a corresponding reportable offender must continue to comply with the reporting obligations imposed by this part for—
(a) the period mentioned in subsection (1); or
(b) the period that the person is required to report under this division (other than this section);
whichever is longer.
