Meaning of effective control
(1)
"Effective control" , of property, has the same meaning as in section 20 .
Note— The definition of property is given by the
Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 36 .
(2) For subsection (1) , a
reference in section 20 to chapter 2 is taken to be a reference to this
chapter.
