CRIMINAL PROCEEDS CONFISCATION ACT 2002 - SECT 35
35 Restraining order may direct public trustee to take control of property
If the Supreme Court considers the circumstances require it, the court may, in
a restraining order or a later order, direct the public trustee to take
control of some or all of the property restrained under the order.
