CRIMINAL PROCEEDS CONFISCATION ACT 2002 - SECT 289

289 Transitional provision for amendment of definition of dealing

To remove doubt, it is declared that the transaction described in schedule 6, definition
"dealing" , paragraph (da), inserted into the definition by the amendment Act, section 66, was, from the commencement of the definition, always a dealing with property.
