(1) The Supreme Court may cancel the filing of a relevant order if the court
is satisfied—
(a) filing was improperly obtained; or
(b) particulars of any
amendments made to the order, or of any ancillary orders or directions made by
a court, are not given to the Supreme Court under the
Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 1999.
(2) Also, the Supreme Court may cancel
the filing of a relevant order to the extent that the order is not capable of
enforcement in Queensland.
