227 Legal Aid Act
(1) This part applies despite the Legal Aid Act .
(2) Also, this part applies
only to an application for legal assistance under the Legal Aid Act in
relation to— (a) a proceeding under this Act; or
(b) a criminal proceeding,
including any proceeding on appeal against conviction or sentence.
