Effect of automatic forfeiture
164 Effect of automatic forfeiture
(1) Property automatically forfeited under this part vests absolutely in the
State on its forfeiture to the State.
(2) On application, the Supreme Court
may give any necessary or convenient directions for giving effect to the
forfeiture.
