Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) For assessment of a development application for building work under the Integrated Planning Act 1997, a regulation, or notice that declares a coastal management district, may fix a coastal building line for a coastal management district.
(2) However, a notice may fix a coastal building line only for the coastal management district declared under the notice.
