Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a transitional planning scheme is amended under the Integrated Planning Act 1997, section 2.3.2, because it is not consistent with a regional plan.
(2) If the amendment changes how land may be used under the transitional planning scheme, the owner of the land is taken to be an owner mentioned in section 150(1) and the remaining provisions of chapter 5, part 1, apply.
