Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The assessment manager, or a referral agency, for a development application under the Integrated Planning Act 1997 must assess the application as if a relevant coastal plan were a State planning policy under that Act.
(2) Also, the following provisions of the Integrated Planning Act 1997 apply as if a coastal plan were a State planning policy--
(a) section 2.1.4;
(b) schedule 1, section 18;
(c) section 2.6.7.
