Child’s right to express views to tribunal
99U Child’s right to express views to tribunal
(1) This section applies if a reviewable decision is about a child and the
decision is being reviewed by the tribunal.
(2) Whether or not the child is a
party to the review or appears as a witness before the tribunal, the child has
the right to express his or her views to the tribunal about matters relevant
to the review.
