Power of tribunal to stay operation of decision limited in particular circumstances
99I Power of tribunal to stay operation of decision limited in particular
circumstances
(1) This section applies if the tribunal is constituted by less than 3 members
for a compulsory conference.
(2) The tribunal may, under the QCAT Act ,
section 22 (3) , only make an order staying the operation of a reviewable
decision if the relevant decision-maker for the reviewable decision does not
oppose the staying of the decision’s operation.
