Agreements to provide care for children
84 Agreements to provide care for children
(1) If an approved carer agrees to care for the child, the chief executive and
approved carer must enter into a written agreement for the child’s care.
Note—
Provisions of the agreement may be included in the child’s case
plan.
(2) The terms prescribed under a regulation must be included in the
agreement.
