Placement with more than 1 approved carer
82A Placement with more than 1 approved carer
(1) The child may be placed in the care of more than 1 approved carer at the
same time.
(2) If it is proposed to place the child in the care of an
approved carer, and the approved carer lives with his or her spouse and holds
a certificate of approval jointly with the spouse, the child must be placed in
the care of both of them.
