77 Obligations of child’s parents and powers of authorised officers
(1) The child’s parents or other person with whom the child is living
must—
(a) keep the chief executive informed about where the child is living;
and
(b) allow authorised officers to have reasonable contact with the child.
(2) For subsection (1) (b) , an authorised officer may enter the place where
the child is living at any reasonable time to have contact with the child and
to inquire about the child’s care.
(3) The officer may exercise the
officer’s powers under subsection (2) with the help, and using the force,
that is reasonable in the circumstances.
