Variation and revocation of court assessment orders
50 Variation and revocation of court assessment orders
(1) An authorised officer may apply to the Childrens Court for an order to
vary or revoke a court assessment order.
(2) This part applies, with all
necessary changes, to the application as if it were an application for a court
assessment order.
(3) Without limiting the things to which the court may have
regard in deciding the application, the court may have regard to a
contravention of the court assessment order or this Act.
