Queensland Consolidated ActsAs soon as practicable after a court assessment order for a child is made, the chief executive must give to the parties to the application for the order--
(a) a copy of the order; and
(b) a written notice--
(i) explaining the terms and effect of the order; and
(ii) stating that a party may appeal against the decision to make the order within 28 days after the order is made; and
(iii) stating how to appeal.
