Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An authorised officer or police officer may apply to the Childrens Court for a court assessment order for a child.
(2) The application must--
(a) be sworn; and
(b) state the grounds on which it is made; and
(c) state the nature of the order sought; and
(d) comply with applicable rules of court; and
(e) be filed in the court.
