Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An authorised officer or police officer may apply to a magistrate for an order to vary a temporary assessment order for a child.
(2) This part applies, with all necessary changes, to the application as if it were an application for a temporary assessment order.
