(1) This section applies if, on the commencement day, there is no list under
section 246I.
(2) Until a list is established, an entity that, immediately
before the commencement day, was a recognised Aboriginal or Torres Strait
Islander agency for a particular child continues as a recognised entity for
the child.
(3) In this section—
"commencement day" means the day the Child Safety Legislation Amendment Act
2005, section 65, commences.
