Chief executive’s consent to transfer
234 Chief executive’s consent to transfer
(1) The proceeding may not be transferred to Queensland unless the chief
executive gives written consent to the transfer.
(2) The chief executive must
give the consent, if asked by the interstate officer for the participating
State, unless the chief executive is satisfied the transfer would not be in
the child’s best interests.
