Effect of registration
223 Effect of registration
(1) The order is taken to be a child protection order of the Childrens Court
in Queensland made on the day of its registration, except for the purposes of
an appeal against the order.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1) , the order
may be enforced, varied, revoked, or extended in operation, as if it had been
made under chapter 2 , part 4 .
