CHILD PROTECTION ACT 1999 - SECT 200

200 References to Queensland orders

If a child protection order is in force under this Act—

(a) the order as in force in Queensland is referred to in this chapter as the
"home order" ; and

(b) the order in the form in which it is proposed to be transferred to another State under this chapter is referred to in this chapter as the
"proposed interstate order" .
