Action by persons generally
13A Action by persons generally
(1) Any person may inform the chief executive if the person reasonably
suspects— (a) a child may be in need of protection; or
(b) an unborn child
may be in need of protection after he or she is born.
(2) The information
given may include anything the person considers relevant to the person’s
suspicion.
