117 Who may appeal
(1) The following persons may appeal to the appellate court against a decision
on an application for a temporary assessment order or a temporary custody
order for a child—
(a) the applicant;
(b) the child;
(c) the child’s
parents.
(2) A party to the proceeding for an application for a court
assessment order or child protection order for a child may appeal to the
appellate court against a decision on the application.
