CRIMINAL OFFENCE VICTIMS ACT 1995 - SECT 6

A victim should be treated--

(a) with courtesy, compassion and respect for personal dignity; and

(b) in a way that is responsive to age, gender, ethnic, cultural and linguistic differences or disability or other special need.
