CRIMINAL OFFENCE VICTIMS ACT 1995 - SECT 37

37 Payment from consolidated fund

(1) An amount paid by the State under this division is to be paid by the Treasurer from the consolidated fund.

(2) The amount is declared to be appropriated from the consolidated fund.
