Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A judge must be paid a salary at the rate applicable to the judge's office.
(2) The amount of the salary may not be decreased.
(3) The payment of the amount for judges' salaries from the consolidated fund is authorised and the consolidated fund is appropriated for the purpose.
