Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Literature forfeited or retained under the Objectionable Literature Act 1954, and not destroyed or otherwise disposed of in accordance with that Act at the commencement of this section, is to be retained, destroyed or otherwise disposed of as the Minister directs.
(2) The destruction, retention or disposal of literature under subsection (1) does not confer a right to compensation.
