Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
(2) A regulation may prescribe maximum penalties of fines of not more than 20 penalty units for offences against a regulation.
(3) A regulation may make provision with respect to the constitution, practice and procedure of the appeal body (which may be the holder of an office), including provision in relation to the making of arrangements between the State and the Commonwealth with respect to the constitution of the appeal body.
