36 Particular publications not indecent or obscene
(1) An unrestricted publication is not an indecent or obscene publication for
the purposes of the Criminal Code .
(2) Also, to the extent a publication is
subject to a conditional cultural exemption in relation to a relevant showing,
the publication is not indecent or obscene material for the purposes of the
Criminal Code .
