34 Forfeiture
(1) If a person is convicted of an offence against this Act that relates to a
prohibited publication, the court by or before which the person is convicted
may, in addition to imposing any penalty, order that the publication or
anything used in connection with the commission of the offence be forfeited.
(2) A publication or thing that is forfeited under subsection (1) may be
destroyed or otherwise dealt with as directed by the Minister.
