CLASSIFICATION OF PUBLICATIONS ACT 1991 - SECT 20B
20B Offence to publish a publication with a misleading or deceptive marking
A person must not publish an unclassified publication with a marking
indicating the publication is classified.
Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
