CLASSIFICATION OF PUBLICATIONS ACT 1991 - SECT 20A
20A Offence to publish a publication classified unrestricted without its determined markings
A person must not publish, or attempt to publish, a publication classified
unrestricted unless it bears its determined markings.
Maximum penalty--25
penalty units.
