CLASSIFICATION OF PUBLICATIONS ACT 1991 - SECT 14
14 Possession of child abuse publication or child abuse photograph
A person must not knowingly have possession of a child abuse publication or
child abuse photograph.
Maximum penalty--300 penalty units or imprisonment
for 1 year.
