Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive must keep a computerised or other register of all current display orders including the terms of each order.
(2) A person may, on payment of the fee fixed under subsection (3)--
(a) inspect the register during ordinary business hours; or
(b) obtain a copy of part or all of the register.
(3) The fee must be an amount that--
(a) the chief executive considers is reasonable; and
(b) is not more than the reasonable cost of providing the inspection or copy.
