Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a proceeding for an offence against a provision of part 4 was started, but had not ended, before the commencement of the amending Act, section 16(2).
(2) Despite the Criminal Code, section 11, the proceeding may continue, and the provision may be enforced, as if the amending Act, section 16(2) had not been enacted.
