Existing entitlements to appeal
74 Existing entitlements to appeal
(1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement— (a) a
person was entitled to appeal against a decision mentioned in section 59 (1)
and had not started the appeal; and
(b) the period mentioned in the section
for starting the appeal had not ended.
(2) This Act as amended by the
amending Act applies to the appeal.
