Existing exemptions for advertisements given under the Commonwealth Act
72 Existing exemptions for advertisements given under the Commonwealth Act
(1) This section applies to an advertisement for a film in relation to which a
certificate of exemption given under the Commonwealth Act as mentioned in
previous section 26 (2) is in force immediately before the commencement.
(2)
On the commencement, the certificate of exemption continues to have effect for
this Act.
