CLASSIFICATION OF FILMS ACT 1991 - SECT 64
64 Certain classified films not indecent or obscene
(1) A classified film is not an indecent or obscene publication for the
purposes of the Criminal Code.
(2) This section does not apply to a film
classified X 18+ or RC.
