CLASSIFICATION OF FILMS ACT 1991 - SECT 57

An application for an exemption from this Act, or a provision of this Act, in relation to a film that an approved organisation intends to exhibit at a specified event must--

(a) be made by the approved organisation; and

(b) specify the film and the event at which the approved organisation intends to exhibit the film; and

(c) be accompanied by a synopsis of the story or events depicted in the film; and

(d) be lodged with the director or the films classification officer in writing.
