CLASSIFICATION OF FILMS ACT 1991 - SECT 3B

3B Treatment of single device consisting only of classified films

(1) For this Act, a film--

(a) contained on a single device; and
(b) consisting only of 2 or more classified films;

is to be treated as if each of the classified films were on a separate device.

(2) Subsection (1) applies despite any other provision of this Act.
