CLASSIFICATION OF FILMS ACT 1991 - SECT 37
37 Public exhibition of objectionable film
A person must not exhibit, or attempt to exhibit, an objectionable film in
such a way that it can be seen by persons in a public place.
Maximum
penalty--20 penalty units.
