Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to an appeal started under previous section 8 or previous section 60(2) but not ended before the commencement of this section.
(2) The appeal may continue and be decided as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
(3) In this section--
previous, followed by a provision number, means the provision as in force immediately before the commencement.
