Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The computer games classification officer may, with the chief executive's written approval, delegate the officer's powers under this Act to--
(a) another officer of the department; or
(b) someone else prescribed under a regulation.
(2) The computer games classification officer may delegate the officer's powers only if the officer is satisfied the delegate has the necessary expertise or experience to exercise the powers.
