CLASSIFICATION OF COMPUTER GAMES AND IMAGES ACT 1995 - SECT 67
67 Regulation-making power
(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
(2) A
regulation may prescribe penalties of fines of not more than 20 penalty units
for offences against a regulation.
