CLASSIFICATION OF COMPUTER GAMES AND IMAGES ACT 1995 - SECT 66
66 Classified computer games not indecent or obscene
(1) A classified computer game and an approved advertisement for the game are
not indecent or obscene material for the purposes of the Criminal Code.
(2)
This section does not apply to a computer game classified RC.
