Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An offence against section 28 or against another provision of this Act involving a child abuse computer game is punishable on indictment.
(2) Any other offence against this Act is punishable summarily.
(3) An indictable offence against this Act may be heard and decided summarily at the defendant's election.
(4) A complaint under the Justices Act 1886 for a summary offence against this Act may be made only by--
(a) the computer games classification officer; or
(b) someone else with the Minister's written authority.
