Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) On receipt of an application under section 57, the computer games classification officer may exempt an approved entity from this Act, or stated provisions of this Act, for a stated computer game to be demonstrated at a stated event.
(2) The exemption may be given on conditions.
(3) If the conditions are complied with, subsection (4) has effect for the demonstration by the approved entity of the computer game at the event.
(4) This Act, or the provisions of this Act stated in the exemption, do not apply and the computer game is not indecent or obscene material for the purposes of the Criminal Code.
